Is really important to release fascia lines to maintain balance between all body parts and work the network of muscles that might be causing your stiffness and pain. Each line to release takes around 40 minutes, a medium pressure massage and an electric heated blanket will be applied to warm up muscles and fascia prior treatment. Fascia is the connective tissue that provides the framework for our body, giving balance and support. It runs from the toes to the top of our heads, covering cells, muscles, bones, nerves, blood vessels and organs. No matter what muscles do individually, you may have tight muscles, knots and skeletal parts that has moved out of alignment, creating muscular and postural imbalances affecting tissues throughout the entire body through Fascia interconnections, causing tension and pain.
