Remedial & Deep tissue Massage - 60 min
Service Description
Remedial massage is a specific massage that targets pain, injuries, postural imbalances or rehabilitation for chronic presentations to assist in recovery of pain and injury management on a specific area of the body. Deep tissue massage is a whole-body treatment perform with firm pressure to relieve tension from the deepest layers of your muscles. The pressure used in remedial and deep tissue is firm but will vary depending on your pain threshold. You may experience some post-treatment pain and soreness for up to 3 days, which is completely normal. This is a physical response to your body healing itself. If you haven’t had a massage recently or if it’s your first one, it’s more likely that you will feel sore afterward. Muscles need time to get used to being manipulated and your body will create muscle memory if you have frequent massages. Vibration and cupping therapy may be adding to your remedial massage if needed at no extra cost.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We respectfully request a cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This helps us be respectful of other clients' needs and enables us to give the appointment time to another person who needs to see us. Late cancellation & no show fee apply of $50 for a 40-60 minute session, & $100 for 90-120 minutes session. If you already paid, it will be taken as a penalty, and the rest will be refunded.
